Refund & Returns Policy

Our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges on research products.

Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • The product must not show signs of tampering, damage caused by the customer, or improper storage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Email the photos along with your order number to [email protected].
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
